Children's Chinese Book Garden

 SATURDAY MANDARIN FUN

• Let your child be one of 6 children, under the care of 2-3 experienced and creative Chinese teachers.
• Based on your child's initial Mandarin ability, an individualized program will be developed to improve his/her listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Language learning occurs when children increase their knowledge about nature and Chinese culture, play games (e.g., Chinese chess, GO), and cook Chinese food (e.g., noodles, dumplings, wonton, scallion pancakes).

(no class on Thanksgiving Weekend)

Payment: $50 per three hour class

Ten percent of the tuition will be used to buy children's books in Chinese to donate to disadvantaged children in China through the Chinese NGO The Brooks ( http://www.brooks.ngo.cn/)
