Our Summer Camp  Life

First Week (July 5th - 10th)

We learned the basics of how to make newspapers. We first studied visited Sing Tao Newspaper, interviewed their staff, and made the first issue of our own newspaper. We did other fun things too, as you can see from the pictures below.

What We Do

We work with parents and children who have long-term goals for their Chinese language and culture learning, who value a teaching approach that is balanced between structured learning and freedom for exploration through Chinese language, and who work as partners with each other and with our program on this exciting journey.

(1) We offer weekly Mandarin Chinese classes for 5-10 year old children after school or on Saturdays. 

(2) We have a summer camp from late June to late July or early August.

(3) We do assessment of children's progress with their Chinese language learning so that learning effciency can be evaluated and future lesson planning can be more targeted. This service is open to everyone.

Where We Are

We are conveniently located in midtown Manhattan (32nd street close to 5th Ave), within a few mintues of walking distance to the following train and bus stations: Penn Station, PATH train, subway N, R, Q, W, B, D, F, V, 6, and many bus lines (e.g., M1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 16, 34).
